Questions applicants ask
Do I need my own vehicle?
Not always. Cargo bikes and eVans are ours. Cycle couriers ride their own bike or e-bike, and e-scooter and e-moped riders can use theirs or one of ours. Tell us which in the application.
Do I need a CV?
No. The application takes about two minutes on your phone. We call you after that.
What licence do I need?
None for bikes and cargo bikes. A CBT at least for an e-moped. A full UK car licence for eVans and e-mobility work. The form checks this for you.
When are the shifts?
We deliver 9:00 to 21:00, seven days a week. You tell us the days you can work.
How am I paid?
Weekly. XeroE is a London Living Wage employer; your rate is confirmed with the recruitment team for the role and city you choose.
What happens after I apply?
The recruitment team reviews your application and calls or messages you, usually within two working days. Then you send your documents, do an induction, and book your first shift.
What documents will I need?
Proof of identity and right to work (a share code if you have one), your driving licence if the role needs one, and insurance documents if you use your own vehicle.
